I'm excited to share our latest product update! In June, we released a new overview dashboard, added additional filters on the profile table, added search parameters to the risk assessment results page, and improved default titles for exported PDFs.

Key Updates

1. New Overview Dashboard

We've designed and released a new overview page which is now the landing page for all Minerva users.

  • Profiles By Risk: The top-left section shows profiles by risk category and profile status with real-time counts, providing visibility into risk exposure across client portfolios.
  • Profiles Needing Attention: The top-right section will show profiles in statuses that indicate attention is needed: potential match, in review, and escalation.
  • Recent Risk Assessments: The bottom section displays your recent risk assessments, providing context about recent investigations and enhanced due diligence.

This new overview page was designed to provide a high-level view of what's happening in Minerva and help you quickly assess actionable items, eliminating the need to navigate through multiple screens.

2. New Profile Table Filters

We've added new filtering and sorting capabilities on the profile table to help you better organize and locate specific profiles:

  • Risk Type Filter: Filter profiles by risk classification to easily find profiles with sanctions, pep, and adverse media hits.
  • Monitoring Status Filter: Filter profiles based on their current monitoring status.
  • Last Screened Time Filter: Filter profiles by last screened time to easily analyze screening activities during specific time periods.

3. Visible Search Parameters

We've added search parameters to the risk assessment result view to make it easier to understand what parameters were used for each risk assessment:

  • All search criteria used to generate results are now clearly visible, including name, location, date of birth, and any additional identifiers, as well as data feeds.

This information remains visible throughout the risk assessment process to make it easy to understand the full context of the risk assessment.

4. Upgraded PDF Export Functionality

When downloading PDFs, the title will now default to an easy-to-read informative title rather than a report ID. This improvement can help with report organization and retrieval, making it easier to maintain comprehensive case files.

All the features detailed in this update are now available to Minerva customers.
